Shipping

Orders are shipped within the UK only.

• Delivery time: 5–7 working days
• Cost: £4.95 per order
• Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £75

All ceramic pieces are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are dispatched from the UK, and a dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly.

Returns

If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
• As each piece is handmade, natural variations in colour, glaze and form are part of the character of the work and are not considered faults.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Please contact us before returning an item so that return instructions can be provided.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order ceramic pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Damaged Items

Every ceramic piece is packed with great care. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please include clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging.
• Once the damage has been confirmed, a replacement (where possible) or a full refund will be offered.
• Damaged items should not be used and may need to be returned.
